The nearby #4929 coded producer removes centre calls with a changed port code. This package makes no automatic transfer through its pre-compensation or changed centre chronology. #4839/#4867/#4888 concern different fixed-word terminal/contact policies; #4856's free-completion ceiling also excludes prefix access. All four registered commands pass locally. Eighteen semantic mutation runs reject altered endpoint/chart/orientation/cleanliness and homogeneous-interface premises. Independent propagation of all632 original input columns authenticates the selected source rows and prefix cleanliness. Exact signed-tableau, absolute-phase, child-lowering and full tall4x3 word checks pass. The parent replayed the optimized portable homogeneous check, and a separate source agent reviewed its complete equations, helper restoration, dependent ownership and finite bill without findings.

All seven original physical-offer files and nine separate homogeneous/review files remain byte-identical. Six ancestral20bb source inputs and the exact retained local interval dependency are vendored and authenticated. The portable launchers rebind only source-loading code in memory, execute unchanged science in private scratch, and compare committed receipts. Committed-byte/source-history, whitespace, official31-file export/integrity and all four Git-free read-only replay variants pass. No fork-only runtime/history dependency is required.

The split is justified by an exact local operator identity and authenticated inherited endpoint receipt; a fresh whole modified632-column native replay was not run. The homogeneous verifier freshly propagates the original source rows and verifies the changed interface symbolically. No second-call caller, capacity campaign, compiler reserve, outer recursion, Lean kernel or complete multiplication theorem was run or established. Exact-head hosted run39889028112 passed:357 helper tests/11 expected skips, all four registered normal/optimized source-bound commands and committed-input integrity. The registered outcome remains partial; this establishes no new κ.

Open next questions

Produce one exact consumer using the actual one-port offer, with an ownership-disjoint census and every chronological observation, conversion, cleanup and precision obligation charged. A four-original-owner endpoint preserving distinct helper jobs or an honestly repriced reuse policy is required. The documented third-H16 template loses the optimistic complete screen even with #4929's cheaper profile; the stronger third-H17 endpoint remains unproved. Do not expand to112 resources merely because one physical offer works. The coded producer requires its own literal nonuniform-frame consumer.
