Conditional κ = 0.001369588870945540: retimed word with asynchronous whole owners

Composes #502's retimed gauge80-kernel42 word with #505's asynchronous whole-owner schedule. The freshly recomputed conditional result is κ = 0.001369588870945540, with complex supplier b = 0.001371467217183061206788. This exceeds #505's 0.001357701757628940 and #502's 0.001343518018117309 under their retained interfaces.

The 560 helper widths and normalized endpoints agree, so #505's 40,320 whole-owner uses remain available. The verifier rebuilds the local word and its physical programs, regenerates all 72 complete invocations and actual owner charts, and independently recounts the changed profile. It preserves whole residuals on physical families and does not use #448/#494's disputed split interface.

The unchanged #493 bit operator remains a pinned dependency. This package reprices its published histogram with both exact engines; it does not claim a new full replay of that bit operator. The complex side binds.

Validation:

• Two fresh full runs, macOS arm64 and Linux aarch64, passed all 20 stages. Complete stable result files are byte-identical, SHA-256 94585e3cdc8605de54323755ce6014a101bdc6b9a1cf73adbac0458805df6619.
• Both physical orientations, every helper instance on 512 basis columns, 806 basis and eight dense whole-program inputs, pre-operation integer guards, 19 asynchronous mutations and 14 local controls were checked.
• The 205-bit prefix bound with 512 bits charged, finite invoice, two rational moment engines, six bootstrap levels, all 47 strict outer inequalities and next-grid/parameter controls passed.
• All 109 manifest files and 99 copied source files were checked against pinned Git bytes. Platform receipts, toolchains, stage logs and detailed audits are in research/retimed-asynchronous-validation/.
• Added the full verifier to a Python 3.13/3.14 GitHub workflow. Remote CI status remains separate from the completed local runs.

The package explicitly records two #505 replay packaging issues: a missing manifest-listed .gitattributes and a final template hash containing the CRLF encoding of an adapter JSON. Its mathematical replay stages and exact result passed with those issues isolated; its published verifier did not pass unchanged. This package supplies its own complete manifest and fresh replay, without weakening source hashes.

The all-size compiler, common-label/mutable-basis transport, #484 Lemma A realization, restored-row, precision/tape and analytic-transfer interfaces remain conditions. This is a conditional exponent certificate, not an unconditional theorem, Lean proof or measured speedup. The comparison excludes #499's larger claim, which retains the disputed cross-copy interface.
