Change and mathematical scope

Scoped negative result. No new κ. The selected conditional exponent stays 60403/20000000.

#4839 strips every touched register of the heterogeneous centre-chain terminal and loses on C in [0,1]. Its open question, also handoff comment 19133212, is whether one physical word can change those chart costs while keeping the observations, the centre-to-Y corrections, and the original returns.

This word does that. Every observation support already exits on chart 1, and every affected Y chart is a width-8 subspace of chart 1. Each selected centre makes one width-9 round trip onto chart 1. Each distinct Y field hops up by width 1, subtracts, and hops back. The scalar endpoint matches the strip-all terminal on all 37 selections (8 singletons, 28 pairs, and the octet), and so does the raw inverse transpose.

The moment stays negative. Centre 0 costs 112 width-1 requests and 2 width-9 requests against one optimistic rank-8 reward. The upper bound is -113. If the width-9 round trip is free, the bound is still -104, because one rank-8 reward is worth at most 8 and the width-1 hops cost 112. The strip-all bill for the same endpoint was 112 width-8 requests and 114 width-9 requests.

This is not a lower bound for every heterogeneous producer, and it is not a fresh Clifford or outer-admission proof.

Task and overlap

Base: ff3cc58e370d0f678e529246f8c73e8094e18fcf.
Dependency: #4839 at cd6ce17acc1eedb9843c6c346b6aa4327673639b, package research/center-chain-terminal-feasibility, plus the pinned #4694 emitter and helper-normalization header.
Card: complex-new-helper-inventory, refined. Handoff: #1166 (comment). Canonical thread: #4840.

Scope is refined, not a new helper alphabet. The card asks whether a new local interface can beat current packing. The live handoff asks for one word that changes this terminal's strip costs. The word changes those costs and still loses, so expansion of this schedule stops.

Nearest work: merged #4839 is the strip-all loss this schedule improves and still fails. Merged #5147 prices a different repeated-helper grant and is not this chart visit. No open PR states this width-1 Y hop.

Validation

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/shared-chart-centre-visit --check-only
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/shared-chart-centre-visit

Metadata check passed. The direct verifier and the registered package replay passed on CPython 3.12: PASS_SHARED_CHART_CENTRE_VISIT_STILL_LOSES and PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE with outcome=negative-result. They cover the 37 endpoints, strip-all agreement, raw duals, paid widths, both moment bounds, and six rejection controls. Runtime about one minute. check_research_commit.py matched the committed bytes. --check-source-history was not completed because this clone is shallow.

Not run: fresh Clifford lowering, rounded execution, fixed-tape accounting, compiler or outer admission. Those costs are set to zero in the screen; the sign is already negative.

Credit

Chris R / Clear1nsight, #4839, for the terminal loss and the chart evaluator. Cinna Davis, #4694/#4698, for the 640-input interface. Cao Yifan / intqwq, #4610, for the retained route. The helper-normalization and Clifford lineage stays with the predecessor package.

Open next questions

The width-9 round trip is not the obstruction. A later attempt has to put at least two affected Y fields on one source-bound exit frame, or get permission from the caller to leave some Y outputs contaminated. Both are blocked by the pinned frames and by the current endpoint contract. Details are in research/shared-chart-centre-visit/README.md.

The CrocSwap#4839 strip-all terminal loses. Parking each selected centre on the
common width-9 exit chart, and lifting each Y subspace by one rank, keeps
the same endpoint and a strictly negative moment. No new kappa.
