Composes #522's coordinate-total rank sector, #525's 102-pivot selection and #523's deletion of eight isolated ports. The resulting conditional κ = 0.001469603966017302, exactly 734801983008651/500000000000000000, is about 0.158% above #527 at 2080903b9e6bd01e3f64cc4c7c62ea1b3af0aa6a. The complex endpoint is 0.001471766880461882016830; the freshly reconstructed #493 bit operator remains nonbinding.

Every one of the 40,320 helper roles has a literal whole physical owner. Final stock is 7,168 live and 7,738 physical streams, with 560 helpers and deficit 2,560. Both suppliers are reconstructed from source; no cached supplier output or optimizer is used in verification.

The changed 120-port word passes all-column scalar replay, all 102 omitted-correction controls, phases, wrappers, common labels and guarded physical checks. A new independent audit proves the expanded 112-port program is exactly a disjoint projection of that guarded program: retained instructions, frames and coefficients match under register renaming, and no retained operation reads a deleted register. All three projection mutants fail. The restriction saves eight rank-one and sixteen rank-eight children.

Fresh 112-port phases, global data restriction, actual orthogonal charts, whole-owner windows, independent raw reconstruction and the complete finite invoice pass. The raw auditor reads no nominated profile or windows. Local forward/backward prefixes use 20/25 bits; the global bound is 210 under the charged 512. Both exact rational moment engines, six bootstrap levels, 47 strict outer inequalities and four outer controls pass.

Validation: full cold macOS and Linux Python 3.14 replays pass all 18 root stages, 21 supplier stages and 13 changed local stages, with byte-identical complete results. The validation directory binds both runs to the frozen manifest and preserves the initial fixture/launcher failures and their corrections. All 346 pinned upstream files were compared with their exact Git objects. GitHub CI is separate.

This is a finite conditional witness. All-size compiler, common-label/mutable-basis realization, normalized Lemma A, restored-row, precision/tape and analytic-transfer interfaces remain dependencies. No unconditional multiplication theorem, fresh Lean certification, global optimum or κ=1 is claimed. The older checkpoint's packing ceiling does not apply to this changed factory and port inventory.

Credits and exact source pins are retained for Dugongue (#522/#518/#514/#508/#505), icekylinx (#523), eumemic (#507/#493), DreamingOfClouds and all nested source authors. The new composition, guarded-program projection audit and actual owner allocation were prepared by chafreaky with OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0.

Thank you @chafreaky. This contribution is now retained on main in the scoped 100-PR review and contributor credits.

Contribution: Rank-sector102 on 112 ports.

Review and limits: Exact disjoint projection, no reads from removed registers, fresh phases and actual owners justify deleting isolated ports. Earlier fixed-word ceilings do not apply.

The complete original source, notices and relevant execution evidence are retained through the pinned source archive. The review distinguishes fresh local runs, source-bound historical Linux CI and prior exact-head review; it does not claim 100 fresh full mathematical audits. Closing this historical PR as reconciled. This preserves parallel and cumulative credit without replacing the selected frontier or promoting priced research targets to completed constructions.
