# Complete coupled-helper caller and compiler-headroom candidate

This package supplies a complete local caller for the eight coupled outputs in [PR #5402](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/5402). It preserves all 632 arbitrary original inputs, uses 17 arbitrary owned fields that return to zero, and returns 224 standard main outputs plus 408 positive Gaussian helper outputs. Eight explicitly paid rank-8 jobs repair the eight original coupled modes. Both directions are specified literally and checked independently.

The conditional mathematical certificate is **κ = 0.003027288235**, compared with **0.00302728823** in [PR #5398](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/5398) and its [independent review #5400](https://github.com/CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds/pull/5400). The increase is exactly **5 × 10⁻¹²**. It uses freshly funded compiler and outer parameters at tested saving 0.003027288245. The aggregate certificate passes all 25 named gates. This is a positive lower certificate, with no κ-maximality claim. Registered and read-only export replay are separate publication checks.

**The recursive price profile gains zero.** The complete controller adds 144 paid rank-8 jobs and 144 productive rank-8 targets. They cancel rank by rank for every exponent. The raw moment and its ceiling stay unchanged. Any accepted numerical increase in this package is compiler headroom below the existing ceiling. The higher-upside 120-owner decoder remains open and is not an input to this result.

## Construction and evidence

The new backward body first retains each original mode in an owned field and presents zero mode inputs to the unchanged coupled provider. It computes the required mode correction, applies eight routed canonical positive rank-8 jobs, and adds the corrected retained fields back to the provider's mode outputs. Full coordinate matchers return the original modes as positive canonical rank-8 targets. The remaining 400 helpers use independently checked, phase-exact positive adapters. All maps, child routes, clears, swaps and sign operations appear in the literal packet and its invoice.

The forward body follows by the explicit direct-controller signed-swap and Q² conversion. The global representation uses all eighteen backward bodies and the original controller's explicit edge wrappers; it does not also substitute forward bodies. Matrix boundary execution is right boundary, chronological physical events, then left boundary. Each occurrence receives distinct helper and owned storage.

The final implementation joins two frozen artifacts: `NEUTRAL-CALLER-v16c.json` supplies the raw macro, actual register IDs and allocation; `WHOLECALLER-PLAN-v1.json` supplies the authoritative common 145-axis geometry, coordinate routes and corrected normalization order. The independent binding checker joins them field by field. All 30,368 additional main, helper and idle normalizer maps are charged ordinary work, including 1,792 native central translations. The raw program has 418 private field positions, with a shared query bank reused only after zero return. The raw macro alone is not the fully normalized program.

The independent checks separate local free-operator identities, signed phase and absolute anchor checks, global chronology, literal recursive invoicing, directed rational endpoint arithmetic, and fresh physical/precision bounds. Frozen earlier provider acceptance is reused with source provenance. No new full provider evaluation or full-history scientific replay is claimed. The registered wrapper runs scientific source with assertions retained in both wrapper modes, including modules loaded directly from file paths, and compares every stable mathematical output with frozen expected results.

## Scope and credit

The selected record remains **0.0030217758**. The five retained native, ownership, compiler, tape/precision and analytic-recovery assumptions remain explicit in `CLAIMS.json`. This is conditional research evidence; it does not claim an unconditional theorem or formal-kernel acceptance.

Dillon (@dillona) supplies #5402's unrestricted coupled provider. Ali Romman supplies #5383's cached-center identities and #5398's direct backward controller. Chris R (@Clear1nsight) supplies the independent component review in #5407, predecessor review #5400 and this completion and review package, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Existing source notices and source-bound predecessor packages retain earlier contributor credit, including Cao Yifan, Dugongue, Cinna Davis, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman, Ryanson Jonathan and the full native, code, scalar, controller, compiler and analytic lineage. The released promoted 120-owner handoff and the obstruction/ceiling work in #5408, #5409 and #5412 guide the parallel research but are not claimed as this package's construction. Source origins and exact copied byte identities are recorded separately from scientific acceptance.

Apache-2.0. Run only this scoped package's registered commands; optional full-history, Lean and Docker checks are not part of its acceptance.

## Reproduction

The registered runner authenticates source bindings before serial independent replay:

```sh
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/coupled-helper-neutral-completion
```

It runs normal and optimized wrappers, with every scientific module compiled at optimization level zero in both modes. `verify.py --bindings-only` checks the frozen local bytes and portable raw Git provenance without a scientific replay. Each replay writes its outputs to a new private temporary directory outside the frozen package. The selected construction's separate cold reproduction command is outside this package's scope.

## Open next questions

Can the promoted 120-owner caller use retained histories to remove the negative-bank code while paying every query, Gaussian child, ordinary map and temporary field? The first test is one chronological feedforward correction and an explicit post-code inverse on the frozen three-factor rows. The current obstacle is a complete all-input Gaussian decoder; its absence prevents crediting the optimistic larger price-plane margins.
