Conditional κ =0.001591209947088545, 0.010325345% above #550 at c733704. Complex b=0.001593745931467828731002 binds; unchanged #543 bit c=0.001653826988146798944268.

Jointly retime120 frames while preserving #550's scalar instructions, entrances, ports and center interfaces. Local profile becomes {1:2276,2:514,3:404,4:204,5:56,6:56,8:8}; helper widths and whole-owner geometry stay fixed. The exact complete profile is priced, not an additive estimate of gains.

Full finite verification passed: Python3.14.8 complex physical replay and exact assembly; clean packaged Python3.11.15 reconstruction/replay. All mathematical assembly fields agree. Checks include728 columns in both orientations,504 dirty helpers,44 omitted-pivot controls,2930 phase edges,224 endpoint adapters,36288 literal helper roles,7 owner corruptions, fresh invoice, two rational engines and next-tick rejection, six bootstrap steps,47 strict outer constraints,13 malformed-admission controls and4 outer controls. Dedicated3.11/3.14 CI added; GitHub CI is not claimed green. Original draft-before-verification status is preserved.

python -B research/complex-trace-joint-retiming/verify.py --work /absolute/new/output

Concurrent #551/#552 report κ0.001591968902833346, higher than this result. This is an improvement over pinned #550, not a claim to the current lead. Their wave change overlaps these frames; gains cannot simply be added.

Conditional on inherited all-size compiler, common-label/mutable-source, whole-call hosting, precision/tape and analytic-transfer assumptions. No unconditional theorem, complete Lean proof or practical-speedup claim. The unchanged #543 bit supplier is cited and exactly repriced, not rebuilt by this package.

Thank you @rohanarun. This contribution at c1c252e2838918f3de866b228f5a3f21cb9f4b2d is incorporated in the reviewed family through #588, published in 9594b61.

The 120 jointly selected frame changes preserve scalar instructions, entrances, widths, ports, centers and cut. All native frame chains and full phase recipes are rebuilt before repricing the unchanged owner plan. Floating search scores only nominate; exact finite admission decides. The one-event exclusion and search failures are scoped, not global frame optimality. Fresh full replay passed.

Preserved implementation and research:

The family review and individual disposition record the scope, evidence and attribution. Parallel and intermediate contributions remain credited even where a later composition has a stronger bound. The published multiplication bound remains conditional on the documented compiler, realization, hosting and analytic assumptions; these finite checks are not a full Lean multiplication proof.
