Change and mathematical scope

PR #5580 introduces a newly used paid native map, ordered frames [] → [11,21,33,455] (3→737), at event 12658 on public owner 451. This package independently checks the actual lowered rank-four recipe against its defining nine-axis circuit on all 512 basis inputs, including absolute phase. The audit covers 262144 complex entries, unit norm/support 16 per column, 18 signed Pauli images and independent B-block rank 4. Eight controls reject phase, sign, boundary, orientation, charged-rank, occurrence and source-corruption faults. The unchanged credited PR #5548 dense interpreter is reused; mode equality is reproducibility, not independent engine implementation or human/formal acceptance.

Task and overlap

Audited construction head: 6efa248cf456d6101d757e9d09ba29711d18a13a. Strict ordered-boundary lookup found no matching receipt in the named PR #5572, old 182-map and PR #5585 sets. This is not a universal operator-inequivalence claim. The broader predecessor receipts and PR #5573 remain credited, with no automatic whole PR #5580 transfer.

The current source curator observes a newer rewritten PR #5565 conditional claim and other ongoing coupled-frame/global-controller/query-decoder work. This frozen one-map check is distinct and supplies no automatic coverage of PR #5565 or those constructions. PR #5590's fixed-contact price floor is a separate reported result; its structural rank checks do not replace this 512-column absolute-phase audit. No price/profile, shared code, selected record or new κ is changed. Selected κ remains .003027288235 at the accepted main checkpoint.

Validation

The original frozen normal/-O pair passed in 2.4163 s, sampled peak 53,616,640 bytes, reproducing complete result SHA256 896021cbb14577bc242d8c884210b56e9ded0133acf02ab22295c3324e657ad9. Portable metadata and 12 integrity controls pass before science. The registered normal/-O replay passed in 3.3211 s, sampled peak 108,310,528 bytes; a relocated read-only Git-free optimized export with spaces and empty PATH passed in 1.4083 s, sampled peak 59,318,272 bytes. All 57 exported files remain unchanged.

Exact fork commit 1ec84cdaf27b6dc396dd83cc50feb863ddb88cf5, tree 4f5f571c4f7ad45aa1a54208e1c5ef032de14463, 56 added files, passes committed-byte/source-history checks. Fetch reported a missing unrelated base blob; the target commit/package objects were present and the exact 56-file check passed without another fetch or scientific retry. The package uses available canonical ancestor 32890 with separately refreshed current guidance; it does not represent that ancestor as current main. Hosted CI is pending upstream creation.

Open next questions

This establishes one finite native identity only. Full source/occurrence transfer, local 743-row ABI, complete caller, all-width physical implementation and framework assumptions, owned erasure, ordinary precision/tape/storage and applicable compiler/outer funding remain separate. A useful next task is an exact source-bound occurrence/receipt applicability join; do not rerun broad historical native suites by default or infer any funded κ from this component check. Respect the current coupled-frame/global-controller/query-decoder and helper-basis scopes before starting broader work.
