This enabling algorithm completes the dyadic helper-basis interface used by PR #5602. For every dyadic row a and column b with a*b=1, it constructs R with aR=e_p and Re_p=b using ADD and dyadic-unit SCALE operations. The existing unit-entry test omits legal pairs such as a=(3,5), b=(2,-1). Complete kappa is unchanged.

Proof, compiler, verification and receipt, source pins. Base: canonical main d7633ce, priority 7. The consumed source files equal PR5602 head 6c224aa.

Normal and optimized registered checks pass. A separate dense interpreter checks all 18 published basis interfaces, 616 complete small-pair compilations, 96 larger dyadic presentations and the inverse identities. The small census contains 16 legal pairs omitted by the old test. Five invalid inputs and an operation-sign defect are rejected. Committed-byte and Git-free export checks pass.

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/dyadic-helper-basis-completion

Python 3.12 and the standard library suffice. Expected scientific marker: PASS_DYADIC_HELPER_BASIS_COMPLETION; expected launcher marker: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.

No new physical cut, target inventory, native map or full caller is claimed. Installation must charge scalar work and recheck coefficient growth, operation count, tape costs and the complete invoice. The selected cold replay, full source-history ancestry, physical/native/compiler/outer replay and independent human or formal review were not run. The checkout is shallow. Hosted CI is separate.

Credit Ali Romman's PR #5599 and PR5602 for helper splitting and the dual-pair interface, and their retained P104/native/controller/compiler lineage. Nick Petalas already used Euclidean row preparation for a different single-hub shear in PR #5115. This interface prescribes both the row and column. The Euclidean method is standard; no new general algebra theorem is claimed. Scoped coordination excludes active construction searches. Prepared by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0.
