Change and mathematical scope

Add a portable verification certificate for one fixed prerequisite on Ali Romman's PR #5678, head af814f6f3c477fdd13b8f04380a33cf32004966b. Before the uniquely bound Y=ADD(144,438,"-1/2",911) at event 15473, the two immediately preceding complete semantic contacts of 144 are:

Event Actual contact
13344 ADD(144,317,"1",356)
13463 ADD(144,530,"1",1035)

They are not the required opposite-sign pair from role 140, and both precede R at event 14893. The completed status is COMPLETED_FIXED_NEAREST_CONTACT_FALSIFIER. The test stops before source corridor or complete-route queries, powers, pricing, a candidate invoice or construction. No paid saving, new $\kappa$, global obstruction or defect in the published construction is claimed.

Task and overlap

Publication base: df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. The task metadata honestly narrows complex-new-helper-inventory to a fixed verification result. All runtime source data is a self-contained committed export with exact byte custody; replay requires no predecessor Git object, network, released module or archive import.

The source owner's released work reports 222435 absorbed-shear placements and 189 whole-block relocations. Their exact matcher coverage of this predicate remains UNKNOWN. This package adds inspectable source custody, unique final-context binding, an explicit exhaustive observer convention, the literal nearest witnesses and complete result reproduction. It does not claim that earlier screens missed the predicate or that different role labels establish novelty. Discussion #5125 and neighboring Discussion #5645 retain their distinct coordination scopes. The separate publication-value gate permits this focused verification certificate; the post-review's default stopped-nomination caveat is preserved.

Validation

The original independently reviewed normal/optimized pair completed in 1.0066231779928785 seconds with sampled peak RSS 52,416,512 bytes. Both complete results match SHA256 18dac3a5092667ab5f5118ed6e953d65d558a8d11066e95cc728a069ec01f50f; both exits are 0 with empty stderr. Nine negative controls reject and the exact positive synthetic conditional identity passes. The 26 frozen files including the request, plus the independent approval, remain unchanged.

The portable core changes one ROOT assignment only. Each registered command runs that core once and requires the entire original output hash, exact nearest contacts and strict stop, so the normal/optimized pair performs two core executions. Two additional integrity controls reject corrupted WORD/core bytes without decoding mutated input. Both complete original outputs and explicitly sanitized request/review/receipt extracts are retained with original hashes.

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-nearest-contact-verification --check-only
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-nearest-contact-verification
python3 -B scripts/check_research_commit.py --package research/p104-nearest-contact-verification --check-source-history

The verifier also supports a relocated, read-only, Git-free package. Root qualification uses the unchanged 150-second, 512 MiB serial guard with 60-second children. Exact public head cec109b5bc1854dae75a35346f094db157851708 has the same tree eb9c1911d1a7f7e06db0d89b7b15bd48d645b58d as the tested local commit. Metadata, all 30 committed file bytes and full declared-source ancestry passed on that public head. The checkout pair passed in 1.410 seconds (sampled RSS 75,141,120 bytes), and the relocated read-only Git-free pair passed in 1.512 seconds (73,478,144 bytes). Both complete normal/optimized outputs agree and package bytes/modes remain unchanged. These are publication portability checks, separate from the original fixed test; hosted CI is a separate status. Metadata, committed-byte/source-history and replay checks are separate gates. The public grammar is authenticated but archive-member equality is untested; no source module is imported. Endpoint matrices, owned erasure-zero values, native phases/all widths, physical caller, ordinary costs and the whole compiler/funding/BIT/outer conjunction are not admitted.

Credit

Ali Romman supplied PR #5678, its concrete paid bases and complete block certificates, and the released screening work of unknown exact matcher coverage. The lineage of PR #5660, zxv's PR #5643, helper cleanup PR #5644 and composition PR #5650 remains credited. Copied notices preserve David Arias, Cinna Davis, Gareth Davidson and the full source/private/controller/native/compiler/precision lineage. The compensated-update identity is classical. Chris R/Clear1nsight's qualification, separate static review and portable packaging used substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Apache-2.0 notices remain intact; no independent human or proof-kernel acceptance is implied.

Open next questions

Stop this exact nomination. Roles 317/530, farther-back contacts, changed signs/charts or longer intervals are not follow-up nominations. A changed question needs a fresh exact-source and ownership gate. No automatic scan or construction follows this result.

  1. Research discussion / PR / artifact: research/p104-nearest-contact-verification, an independent fixed-prerequisite certificate on PR #5678. Contribution: PR #5695. Relevant coordination is Discussion #5125; neighboring native-frame work is Discussion #5645.
  2. Exact commit: source af814f6f3c477fdd13b8f04380a33cf32004966b; publication base df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. Compressed WORD: 120,135 bytes, Git blob 8be2b3e1c2d02034d4579bef5d36df7761d826ff, SHA256 b56281a67f84832198be2f2ad36d87b75244d424f1e0a6f4dda2df74f20cc08d. Publication commit cec109b5bc1854dae75a35346f094db157851708, exact tested tree eb9c1911d1a7f7e06db0d89b7b15bd48d645b58d.
  3. What is established: before Y at event 15473, the actual two immediately preceding 144 contacts are ADD(144,317,"1",356) at 13344 and ADD(144,530,"1",1035) at 13463. They do not match the required opposite-sign role-140 pair and both precede R at 14893. Status is COMPLETED_FIXED_NEAREST_CONTACT_FALSIFIER; complete normal/optimized output SHA256 is 18dac3a5092667ab5f5118ed6e953d65d558a8d11066e95cc728a069ec01f50f. Nine negative controls reject and one exact positive synthetic identity passes. No corridor/routes, powers, prices, invoice or candidate are produced.
  4. What remains uncertain: prior 222435 absorbed-shear and 189 whole-block-relocation screens may overlap; exact matcher coverage remains UNKNOWN and receives credit. This is neither a new identity nor an unsearched-word/global obstruction claim. No native/endpoint/ordinary/caller/compiler/funding admission or new $\kappa$ follows. Public grammar/archive-member equality is untested. Metadata, actual-public-head committed-byte/full-source-history checks and both portable pairs passed; hosted run 40278348787 failed before package replay in two unchanged shared documentation-navigation assertions for the selected-result review and source-manifest links; replay was skipped and no hosted acceptance is claimed; independent post-review accepts the fixed falsifier and a separate publication-value gate supports the focused verification artifact.
  5. Smallest useful next task: stop this exact nomination. Roles 317/530, earlier pairs, alternate signs/charts or longer intervals are not newly authorized candidates. Any materially different question requires a fresh source/ownership nomination; no automatic scan or construction is justified.
  6. Reproduction command and expected runtime: python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-nearest-contact-verification. Each registered command runs the core once; the pair runs it twice. The original guard elapsed 1.0066231779928785 seconds with sampled peak RSS 52,416,512 bytes. Checkout pair 1.410 seconds; relocated read-only Git-free pair 1.512 seconds; bounded by 60 seconds per child and 150 seconds/512 MiB per serial pair. A relocated read-only Git-free copy supports the same two explicit verifier commands.
  7. Predecessor credit: Ali Romman's PR #5678, certificates and released absorbed-shear/relocation work; PR #5660, zxv's PR #5643, helper cleanup PR #5644 and composition PR #5650. Copied notices retain David Arias, Cinna Davis, Gareth Davidson and the full source/private/controller/native/compiler/precision lineage. The compensated-update identity is classical. Chris R/Clear1nsight's qualification, separate static review and packaging used substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0 notices remain intact.
