Change and mathematical scope

Archive the completed W1-W4 O03 source-repair round in research/h25-o03-source-repair-20261101, including the complete frozen source, independent AI source review, exact named review inputs, and retained checker/rejection history. W1 supplies conditional byte/framing and provider-dependent auxiliary-space analysis; W2 supplies a minimal four-region primary-exception hardening draft; W3 supplies a 23-row conditional provider-closure/acquisition plan; W4 supplies a bounded timing parser/readback v2 and literal expectations.

The W4 v1 rejection is preserved. Its admitted literal 179.990000000000000000000000001 + .01 is exactly greater than 180, but ambient Decimal precision could round away the violation. The sole accepted source repair uses an isolated precision-128 context and a conservative 60-aligned-digit argument. Original v1 source, 330 payloads, 47 variants/oracles, and the rejection remain unchanged; v2 adds 12 unexecuted variants.

This is source/review archival intake only. All target executions are 0; all 50 W1 proposals, 14 W2 proposals per normal/-O mode, and W4's 30 case labels/59 variants remain unexecuted. No source is adopted, current runtime seal or new admission/termination/completion producer is integrated, W5 remains unadmitted, O03 remains not qualified, no measured gain or κ improvement is claimed, and complete physical cost remains OPEN_NOT_ZERO. Source-content freezing is distinct from runtime custody.

Task and overlap

Explicit user task: publish the accepted W1-W4 source work as a scoped draft PR, retaining the execution and O03 limitations; scope unchanged. Canonical base: 626e936ce4d61f2584316914fc71baf96940c512 (tree 8a494528760f84901011187e0351934e001e2eea). This source-only successor to PR6332 adds the specified conditional analysis, narrow diagnostic source repair, provider plan, and timing source repair. PR6326, PR6029, and PR5864 retain their separate component/baseline lineage. PR6328 is supporting inventory context, with no serializer performance credit transferred.

Validation

The package preserves all 525 files / 2,155,033 bytes of the closed local round byte for byte. Named original source/text inputs are copied or explicitly mapped to identical archived attachments; full predecessor packages and approximately 17 MB of authentic transports are external exact public references. Historical absolute paths and original modes are recorded, not rewritten into runnable paths. Exported Git modes are 100644. No standalone execution or source-history ancestry claim is made.

Offline metadata command, from the repository root with standard-library Python 3:

This checks its own manifest and regular-file byte sizes, SHA-256 and Git blob IDs only. Independent passive export identity checks passed for all 575 files against the frozen manifest, transfer records and original source bytes; no candidate was imported, parsed, compiled or run, no fixture JSON was generically decoded, and no control, authentic decoder, benchmark or runtime probe was executed. The archive uses the current guide's archive-format option and registers no VERIFY.json replay hook. Hosted CI/publication checks, if present, are separate from scientific validation.

Publication export v1 was rejected on the sole packaging metadata finding PUB-META-001: six ancestral aliases recorded the source-copy mode rather than the named original mode. The separate v2 snapshot corrects only those six recorded values to 0o664 and dependent export-manifest hashes. The rejected v1 snapshot, freeze and review remain preserved; every scientific source, proof, fixture, original mode and all 573 other package files are unchanged.

The retained final independent source review is SHA-256 a8ecfc1d805e30dff1031f51dc371ea567de962cf4115077dfa55e3e6da8a420; its freeze is cee7e0a6891761fe8c1d76f148cf5d78f43f6d0260cb3c0ae9a951fd8b748970. See the structured questions in the package TASK.json and ordered prerequisites in archive/integration/NEXT-DEPENDENCIES-v1.json: select concrete W2/W4 sources and interfaces; obtain separate authorization for actual-host/provider acquisition and sealing; integrate trusted admission/termination/completion producers and separately admit finite controls; then seek a fresh one-use W5 admission with current custody, ledger, numerical guards and complete cost bill. This publication authorizes none of those steps and does not resume the original goal or automations.
