Composes six new cold dimension-eight ends with entrance promotions on the PR659 no-triangle word, then adds a fourth promotion group and an exact physical owner assignment. The resulting conditional κ is 0.001660339298410333 (1660339298410333/10^18), above independently replayed #676's 0.001659319032684569 and independently replayed #671. The complex endpoint is 1663100609709845015347/10^24; #589's bit supplier and surcharge are unchanged.

The 504-helper word has 72 cold ends and 16 promoted entrances. The new cold helpers are 510, 511, 512, 513, 522 and 523; the fourth promotion uses 659, 661, 662 and 663. It preserves the scalar program of the 72-end input and raises twelve frame annotations. The integer flow/matching certificate reconstructs all 36,288 owner roles with the standard library, leaving 2,396 idle rank-48 children and one each of ranks 44, 3 and 1. This is a feasible packing certificate, with no optimality claim.

The standalone command needs Python 3.11+ and no third-party packages, network or optimizer:

bash research/complex-promo4-cold72/verify.sh /tmp/promo4-cold72-fresh

It freshly replays the ancestor, gauge44, no-triangle construction, gauge44 control and layered word, then the 72-end and four-promotion recipes. Verification includes all 728 arbitrary-dirt columns, phases and wrappers; 30 pivot, 59 layer, 59 final inherited end, 30 focused cold-end, 11 promotion, seven owner-construction, 69 global-admission and 12 bit-supplier mutations; independent native/owner checks; two exact moment engines and 47 strict outer constraints. Fresh macOS and Linux runs passed in 320.305 and 380.039 seconds, with exact mathematical and owner-map agreement. The full platform receipts and exact comparisons are in research/complex-promo4-cold72-validation/. A separate full #589 bit-circuit replay is retained explicitly as reused evidence.

All inherited global admission predicates and native auditors are unchanged. PROVENANCE.md records the descriptive scope change, local import-path adjustment, source pins, #664's promotion work, our #660 owner methods and all upstream credits. The original historical independent reports are separated from this witness's check entry points. The new Python 3.11/3.14 CI matrix runs the complete portable command.

All-size compilation, common-label/mutable-source realization, complete-invocation hosting, precision/tape accounting, punctured bit units and analytic transfer remain obligations. This is a finite conditional witness, not an unconditional multiplication theorem or κ = 1. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.

The 20-PR pilot triaged 5fc2a0c4e10558f09f03a8e42559dcf8e381e57e and is leaving this PR open for focused follow-up.

Remaining maintainer review: Review 72-end and fourth-promotion delta plus literal owner assignment; select exact-head dedicated Linux evidence or run affected stages. Do not accept unrelated inherited green checks.

This is a bounded-review disposition, not a rejection or a request to repeat unrelated full-suite checks. Pilot record. Your contribution and original attribution remain in the queue ledger.
