Change and mathematical scope

The selected K492 review excludes the author's unavailable 32-site scratch revert suite. This research audit / independent finite recount supplies portable replay of all 14 assembly-side sites on the selected PR626 fixture: 13 stale-count/index substitutions fail at their intended assertion; the equivalent parent-bank expression reproduces the entire selected assembly receipt. No source defect or new kappa is claimed.

The package independently checks native frame ranks and helper widths, all 35,424 literal helper roles, the helper-index translation, and four local-program operation counts using a closed-form Horner price. It then runs the complete pinned assembly, including both exact moment engines and the 47 outer inequalities. It rejects unrelated failures instead of counting any exception as a successful mutation test. Only five files under research/k492-helper-accounting-audit/ are added.

Concurrent work: @thakrarsagar's #724 at 624ccfe44b1c5816f0279481d91cca6a5a2290ab appeared during this work and already resolves the R/R0 prose discrepancy and audits the invoice slice. The matching route/parent-bank price deltas here independently corroborate that earlier result. The additional coverage is the complete 14-row assembly mutation table (including the provider, column, width, adapter and mapped-index checks outside that slice), full-assembly replay, and fresh counts from the local programs. No #724 implementation is imported; no priority claim is made.

Base: 66849e1475c930fd7732b1a0067ffee7e1e95f60. Selected #626 source: 660de893d27bb7abd1d5b01b1640207528a5c851. SOURCE.json pins 23 consumed files and the dependency heads. Seed 73, adversarial mathematical audit; the local claim records the candidate selection and absence of a sprint coordination issue.

Scope excludes the other 18 reported scratch controls, the original R=504 fixture, cold supplier rebuilding, and a fresh scalar/restoration/phase proof. The parent idle count is explicitly inherited. All-size compilation, common-label/mutable-basis realization, hosting, precision/tape and analytic assumptions remain. The selected certificate and upstream/ are unchanged; this is not a formal multiplication theorem.

Credit to Jeremy Kothe and the credited GlobalR/AtomReviewer research agents, Chafik Boukhalfa, Douglas Colkitt, DreamingOfClouds, Rohan Arun, eumemic, icekylinx, Sagar Thakrar and the retained lineage. Prepared by Gabriel Roa / @gaboroa14, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance in design, implementation, analysis, verification and writing. Apache-2.0; no independent human peer review claimed.

Validation

python3 -I -B research/k492-helper-accounting-audit/verify.py

Expected: PASS_SCOPED_K492_HELPER_ACCOUNTING_AUDIT documented_sites=14 rejected=13 equivalent=1 additional_source_controls=2 audit_controls=8.

Passed locally on macOS / CPython 3.11.5:

  • Deterministic receipt comparison, the 14 documented sites, two further source controls and eight harness/recount rejection controls.
  • All 114 existing unchanged production assembly admission controls on the selected fixture.
  • make selected-record-check and staged git diff --check.
  • A minimal pinned-input export invoked outside the repository with isolated imports; corrupted expected-receipt/source exports reject, and optimized Python is explicitly refused before replay.

No repository-wide make verify, cold supplier replay or remote CI pass is claimed for this isolated research addition.

100-PR batch review at 56bac6775e8882f4c3bfa0cef9bcc9a61da9ba06.

Merged to main, preserving the original contributor commits and package attribution.

Reviewed scope: R492 helper and assembly accounting controls, complete exact moment checks; rejects R0 undercharge and preserves equal-size baseline.

The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.
