100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Complete specified pair/triple SW4 exchange census; floating cost is only a proxy, exact profile comparisons retained. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

Negative result / independent verification. No new kappa, no certificate change.
Base: f567884. Track 20-39 complex supplier, seed 29.
Question: can simultaneous full entering-copy read-set exchanges on the pinned P6k4 complex word beat the four-exchange SW4 word? Tested all C(38,2)=703 pairs and C(38,3)=8436 triples of legal full single-pair exchanges, applied at once on bare P6k4 with exact frame refit. All 9139 frame-legal, all conserve rank mass 5634, none beats SW4 (best pair +0.00349, best triple +0.00175 above SW4 by floating-cost proxy; zero dominate componentwise). 38 legal fulls fall into exactly three profile-delta classes; SW4 equals 4x one single delta; 679/703 pairs exactly additive.
Files (all new, research/sw4-fullpair-seed29/): search.py, verify.py, CANDIDATES.json, EVIDENCE.json.gz, EXPECTED.json, README.md, CLAIM.md, NOTICE.md, SOURCES.json, VALIDATION.md, inputs/P6K4-WORD.json.gz. upstream/ untouched. Prepared with help from opencode.
Reproduce: python3 -B -I research/sw4-fullpair-seed29/verify.py -> PASS_SW4_FULLPAIR_SEED29 pairs=703 triples=8436 legal=9139 no_beats_sw4 (about 75s, stdlib only).
Overlap checked against #867, #873 (different objects), PR 775 (excludes this class; used read-only as 703/703 cross-check), concurrent PR 874 (complementary, cross-cited). Scope and open obligations in README/VALIDATION.
