100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Independent symbolic execution of the actual chirp transition with exact finite initialization/rollover controls; no full formalization. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

PR479 checks chirp phases with extensive exact numerical replay. This adds an independent polynomial implementation that executes its pinned
ChirpStream.advanceand checks the full state invariant through ordinary increments, carries and final restoration. Status: independent verification; no new kappa or source defect claimed. The source-linked symbolic executions cover 27 carry patterns in dimensions 1–6 and 587 state equalities. The separate integer checker covers 8,605 states in 129 small boxes and 21 wide transitions at r=2^80. Sixteen source mutations have concrete witnesses; ten also fail symbolically. The six remaining controls expose the congruence model's initialization/canonical-residue boundary. Two equivalent source rewrites pass. A written argument explains arbitrary-dimension composition, without presenting the finite pattern replay as a formal loop proof.
For a concrete control, replacing the phase increment with A at r=t=4, s=1, j=1 yields phase 6 instead of 4 modulo 8.
Reproduce with Python 3.10+ and the standard library:

Verified on macOS arm64 with Python 3.12.12 and 3.14.6, including source/receipt corruption and relocation of the staged-file export. Selected-record integrity and patch application against refreshed main also pass. No full repository replay, Linux CI result, numerical exponential, physical tape-cost audit, or full multiplication proof is claimed.47481c89fd30a43f8f882eb4b391e89c29273fd0.40dd01058439cdffae3e3b41c4fe52edaccf5f91; five original files preserved with Git-blob and SHA-256 pins.research/chirp-symbolic-seed80/; selected certificates andupstream/are unchanged.Credit to Chafik Boukhalfa's PR479 and its retained manuscript/analytic contributors.
