Independent targetwise audit of PR #966's immutable prescribed-triple certificate at 7eaf566. Explicit signed-pair group actions verify all 63 orbit multiplicities and their complete 46,348-target inventory at p=2..6. Literal set-XOR checks verify all 59 feasible decoder witnesses on every retained input. A separately written RREF checker compares each of 2,244 labelled target minima at p=3,4 across all 11,966 rank-three cut subspaces.
PR #966 published the same theorem during this sprint with broader finite coverage, so the contribution was narrowed to independent verification. Its pinned replay compares cost histograms between engines. This audit adds targetwise comparisons and explicit group actions; two histogram-preserving target-budget swaps are rejected. All eleven source, decoder, inventory and targetwise controls pass. This is a positive audit, not a reported counterexample to the original theorem or its primary checker.
Reproduce offline with Python 3.9+ and the standard library:
Expected:
PASS PR966 targetwise audit: 46348 triples; 63 orbits; 59 witnesses; 2244 targetwise minima; 11 controls.Verified on Python 3.9.6 and Python 3.12.14 with
-O; deterministic receipt and source SHA-256 agree, selected-record integrity and whitespace checks pass. Only this research package changes. Base: 0076643; OS-random seed42 initially assigned structural decoder research. PR #669's inspected head is 7d52602. Exact source pins and the retained Apache-2.0 certificate notice are included. At p=2,5,6 this independently checks inventory and attainers; unrestricted optimality remains with the predecessor's proof and checks. No new kappa, paid supplier, general formal theorem, or independent human review is claimed. Source access, helpers, frames, copies, restoration, recursive children and assembly remain unpriced.
