Version 0.1.9 was already published to PyPI, causing the publish workflow to fail with a 400 Bad Request. Bump to 0.1.10 so the next release can upload successfully. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
