chore(license): remove unused Tailwind Plus Catalyst UI kit from public repo #48

Problem

catalyst-ui-kit/ (202 files) is committed at the repo root. It is the Catalyst UI kit from Tailwind Plus, a commercial product. Its own README says:

This site template is a commercial product and is licensed under the Tailwind Plus license.

The Tailwind Plus license prohibits publishing a public repository of its components, templates or libraries (or derivatives). DOS/Rate is public, so shipping the raw kit here breaks that term.

Usage check

No source file, workspace config or build config imports it. The only reference is catalyst-ui-kit/** in .vercelignore. Workspaces are apps/* and packages/* only.

Plan

• Delete catalyst-ui-kit/
• Drop the dead .vercelignore entry
• Re-run the CI steps locally (install, builds, tests, web typecheck/build)

Out of scope

The files stay in git history. Purging history means a force-push on a shared public repo, which needs a separate decision from JOY.
