Stub parser: avoid wildcard imports - #5

If the stub does not have any classes with methods, the verification code is not used, omit it to avoid warnings about unused code.
This is ugly, and will be cleaned up momentarily, but it works
Rather than passing around a scope object everywhere, save it in the overall struct, and replace it when changing scopes
Calls to register classes/interfaces/enums, and the initialization macros, are the only things are their respective lines, and the names are not repeated within the same scope. Use fully qualified paths instead of adding additional `use`s for those. Same with some of the bits for registration verification.
