Select conditional kappa = 0.0004609169. Preserve icekylinx’s construction lineage and credit an664, eumemic, Zhihao Chen, Swapnil Jain and earlier framework contributors. Includes reviewed verifier/prose fixes, exact source bindings and local plus 45-job integration validation. Retained analytic and fixed-tape assumptions remain explicit.
