What Does This Do

Orders jacocoTestReport after all requested Test tasks, so coverage reports include their completed execution data without scheduling additional test runs.

Motivation

Requesting the multi-JDK tests and coverage reports together fails Gradle dependency validation because the reports consume test outputs without an explicit ordering relationship.

Additional Notes

Verified the previously failing command succeeds for utils and field-inject, requesting tests on Java 8, 11, 21, and 25 together with both coverage reports (the Java 17 test task is a dependency). Existing test results were up to date. git diff --check also passes.
