Summary

replace slow pointer/typing simulation in the interception coverage test with direct DOM events
preserve assertions around rule normalization, enablement, and request-view status

Verification

npm run test:coverage (32 passed; 86.58% statements, 87.85% lines)
cargo test (9 passed)
