What changed in this PR
This PR updates the glossary’s licensing information, documentation links, and Multi-Issuer wording.
Changes:
- Adds Lite to the listed DPoP license tiers.
- Changes the Dynamic Authentication Providers card to target its documentation.
- Removes the statement that Multi-Issuer requires no add-on.
