Replace vendored Bootstrap 4.3.1/4.5.3 dist files with Bootstrap 5.3.8 in all IdentityServer/v7 hosts (resolves js/xss-through-dom code scanning alerts) and migrate markup: data-* -> data-bs-*, form-group -> mb-3, mr-auto -> me-auto, form-inline -> d-flex, form-label on labels, and container-fluid inside navbars. Updates IdentityServer v7 samples for the Bootstrap 5.3.8 security refresh, migrating navigation and form markup while retaining locally vendored assets.
Changes:
- Migrates Bootstrap JavaScript attributes and layout utilities to their v5 equivalents.
- Updates form spacing, labels, and navbar containers.
- Refreshes bundled Bootstrap license notices.
