I think this is ready. I've only added additional tests for the tarball package, but all packages (deb, rpm, tar) are created from the same source dir, so this should be enough. |

This is more or less using the same kind of logic as we use in https://github.com/cvmfs-contrib/config-repo/tree/default/etc/cvmfs.
Still draft, I want to add some CI tests to test the various options
