Instead of showing the whole usage just state the command line option to use.

Currently it is quite verbose:

== Temporary directory /tmp/easybuild-tmp/eb-d1xp5s6n has been removed.
Usage: /cvmfs/software.eessi.io/versions/2023.06/scripts/gpu_support/nvidia/install_cuda_and_libraries.sh [OPTIONS]
Options:
  --help Display this help message
--accept-cuda-eula You _must_ accept the CUDA EULA to install
                                   CUDA, see the EULA at
                                   https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/eula/index.html
--accept-cudnn-eula You _must_ accept the cuDNN EULA to install
                                   cuDNN, see the EULA at
                                   https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/cudnn/latest/reference/eula.html
-t, --temp-dir /path/to/tmpdir Specify a location to use for temporary
storage during the installation of CUDA
                                   and/or other libraries (must have
several GB available; depends on the number of installations)
ERROR:
cuDNN shall be installed. However, the cuDNN EULA has not been accepted
You _must_ accept the cuDNN EULA via the appropriate command line option.

Instead of letting the users look for the option we can just show it

Instead of showing the whole usage just state the command line option to use.
Updated error messages to include the script name for EULA acceptance instructions.
