Adds SIONlib-1.7.7-GCCcore-15.2.0-tools, OTF2-3.2-GCCcore-15.2.0, OPARI2-2.0.10-GCCcore-15.2.0, Score-P-10.1-gompi-2026.1, libdwarf-2.3.1-GCCcore-15.2.0, gperftools-2.18.1-GCCcore-15.2.0, GDB-17.2-GCCcore-15.2.0, nvtop-3.3.2-GCCcore-15.2.0 and likwid-5.5.1-GCC-15.2.0 to 2026.06.
All recipes are in the EasyBuild 5.4.0 release.

Score-P requires OPARI2 and OTF2. OTF2 requires SIONlib. If they are listed, the order should be adjusted accordingly.

Reordered, SIONlib, OTF2, OPARI2, then Score-P.

Order the perf tools by dependency

SIONlib comes before OTF2, and OTF2 and OPARI2 come before Score-P.
