I have an Excel add-in which stores meta data in a custom XML part within the Excel workbook, which I access using the CustomXMLParts collection in Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Workbook.
Now I want to read and write this meta data using EPPlus, in order to update the workbook on a server without Excel, but I can't find an equivalent.
Class ExcelCustomXmlCollection has been documented in previous versions e.g. 8.3, and the source for ExcelWorkbook has property CustomXmlDocuments, but it's internal. So are the Add and Remove methods of the collection, and the default constructor for ExcelCustomXml. Although my custom XML part is usually added in Excel, I'd like the option to add it via EPPlus as well.
Could support for custom XML parts be added or just the existing members made public?
