I have no idea how I created this branch, but somehow it seems like I created it off of a super old version of CMEPS. I think the simplest thing to do will be for me to close this PR and open a new one off of the latest version. Coming soon... sorry for the mistake! |

Don't run the CIME scripts_regression_tests workflow on PR and main branch pushes, because it is currently not working.
