@adrifoster the fsurdat/flanduse files are ready for the 1700 spin-up and the 1700-2026 historical: LMK if I need to change file permissions in some way. |

Moved this back to "in progress" to remind me to look at the mesh_plotter plots getting generated in /glade/work/slevis/git/mksurfdata_toolchain/tools/site_and_regional for the TRENDY2025 and 2026 ndep meshes. UPDATE: The plots look the same to my untrained eye... |

Description of changes
See title. Same as #3337 but for TRENDY2026.
I start these PRs to show my work. As with #3337, we do not expect to merge this PR anywhere, unless the CTSM were to adopt the TRENDY2026 data as default.
