Review comments at @openkyrozen/agent/loop.py:
- Around line 34-35: Update the legacy reconciliation guard in `chat()` so it
does not call `reconcile_legacy` when `short_term_memory` matches the retained
tail of `conversation.display_messages()`. Preserve reconciliation for other
mismatches and the existing compacted-session behavior, and add a regression
test running more than `SHORT_TERM_CAP` turns that asserts no `branch.selection`
entries are added.
Review comments at @openkyrozen/agent/prompts.py:
- Around line 482-486: Update the context-preparation flow using
`provider_messages` so context accounting receives a role/content projection
instead of typed `ModelResponse` and `ToolReply` objects, while the native
provider still receives the original typed messages. Exclude typed call/reply
groups from compaction candidates to preserve request order and correlation, and
include the full active journal and tool-output history rather than limiting
this projection by `SHORT_TERM_CAP`.
- Around line 472-486: Update _build_messages to recover when provider_messages
rejects persisted native history due to incomplete tool replies or
provider/model identity mismatches, rather than repeatedly failing later turns.
Use a safe textual projection when supported, or create a branch.selection that
excludes the invalid native group; ensure model selection preserves
continuations created with non-default models. Add a regression test that starts
a second turn with a newly constructed provider.
Review comments at @tests/test_server.py:
- Around line 132-151: Update
test_web_chat_does_not_reconcile_stale_snapshot_over_journal to isolate its
journal writes with a temporary MemoryBank and restore server._sessions
afterward, following the isolation pattern in
test_empty_canonical_web_branch_does_not_restore_legacy_events. Use a unique
session ID so repeated runs cannot reuse journal entries.

248-250: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winTest provider identity independently of model identity.
The provider-restart assertion still runs with
"changed-model", so it can pass on the model mismatch. Both providers also use the same_continuation_id.Restore
"selected-model"and assign a different_continuation_idto the replacement provider before the restart assertion. For this ordinary provider,_build_messagespassesprovider_identity(provider)toprovider_messages, so the test will then isolate provider identity. This is a test-coverage improvement, not a current production failure.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Summary
Implements #247: an agent-owned, versioned conversation journal scoped by user, workspace, and session, backed by private SQLite event storage. Runtime records user input, provider responses, typed tool results, interaction references, and turn outcomes; workspace checkpoints and rollback link to journal cursors. Context assembly now uses deterministic stable/dynamic/conversation sections, reports content-free context metrics, and no longer injects graph context automatically.
The PR also preserves provider history codecs and rejects mismatched continuation bindings. A follow-up fix keeps legacy Action results textual in native projections while validating correlated native replies. Interfaces consume runtime display projections rather than independently writing user/final-answer events.
Requirement coverage
Covers R101–R105, R107, R113, R114, and R191. AgentEngine migration remains #238; structured compaction remains #248.
Validation
make check,make lint,make docs-check,make tui-test, and offline agent, subagent, and TUI acceptance.Refs #247
