perf: stabilize iouReport in MoneyRequestReportPreview

Explanation of Change

This PR reduces unnecessary re-renders when sending a message in chats with several expense previews. Each MoneyRequestReportPreview re-subscribed to the linked IOU report, whose churning last* fields re-emit on every send, so the previews re-rendered even though nothing they show changed.

This PR passes the parent's already-stable iouReport (getStableReportSelector) down the preview's render path instead of re-deriving it, so those subscriptions no longer fire on send/

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
