Precondition: Have a DEW-enabled Workspace

1. Open a report that is not eligible for approval. Click Approve
2. Verify approve button shows a loading spinner until the server responds with error and when the reponse comes it doesn't show the approved text with animation.
3. Make the same report eligible for approval and click approve
4. Verify now the approve button shows loading until the server responds and also shows the approved animation when it succeeds.

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(theme.componentBG))
• If new assets were added or existing ones were modified, I verified that:
  • The assets are optimized and compressed (for SVG files, run npm run compress-svg)
  • The assets load correctly across all supported platforms.
