Expensify/App#92496 introduces a new Workspace Admin setting that lets admins deduct a fixed commute distance from each distance claim ("Exclude commutes", under Distance Rates > Settings).

What changed

Added a new Exclude Commutes from Distance Rate Claims section to the existing Set Distance Rates help article, documenting:

• How to reach the setting (Workspaces > [Workspace Name] > Distance Rates > Settings > Exclude commutes).
• The two options: Do not exclude commutes and Exclude a fixed distance per claim.
• Entering a Distance value (must be greater than 0) and clicking Save.
• What happens after a commute exclusion is set, and how to turn it off.

All feature names, the Settings entry, the Exclude commutes page title, option labels, the Distance field, and the Save button were verified against the PR's UI strings in src/languages/en.ts and PolicyCommuterExclusionsPage.tsx.

This feature is gated behind the COMMUTER_EXCLUSIONS beta in the PR, so it is not yet generally available. Please confirm the wording and whether these docs should publish now or be held until the feature is rolled out broadly.
