Description
Define Forecast Deals as the business we expect to close in the quarter and Commit Deals as the higher-confidence subset included in that forecast. Forecast Deals can qualify from Stage 3 when they meet the buyer, commercial, technical and timing criteria; Commit Deals must move to Stage 5 - Commit and meet the stronger confirmation criteria.
Add the agreed four criteria for each definition to Forecast Review, keep ARR and new-customer counts on the same assumptions, and use quarter-end language so the guidance applies to every forecast quarter. Include the criteria in meeting preparation and align the Proof of Value page so it no longer implies that forecast eligibility begins at Stage 4.
