Steps to reproduce the bug

yes, prior to opening this issue I have read #53, #151, #154 and steps provided there did not resolve the issue

I have 4 different brands of card readers:

• AXAGON CRE-DAC SUPERSPEED USB-C + USB-A CARD READER
• Vention USB2.0 Multi-function Card Reader Gray
• AlzaPower 2 in 1 Multi-function USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 Memory Card Reader
• VIKING V4 USB 3.0 4 v 1 CARD READER

and 15+ micro SD cards various in brands, speeds, formats, sizes, etc

when I plug in any card reader and with one SD card, the manager asks for permission and after granting it, it shows the content.

changing the card reader and using the same card = all works, no issues

changing the slot or using micro SD Adapter with the same card = all works, no issues

adding 2nd SD card in 2nd slot of any Card Reader = File manager shows only one USB and under it its only the first card showing up

prompt for 2nd card to grant access never shows up

swapping cards between slots of any card reader has no effect. 1st card always loads, 2nd card never

exchanging 1st card with any other card, in any other slot of any other card reader = File Manager detects USB presence but no card is visible/accessible

Expected behavior

by introducing a card reader, the manager should recognize both slots at a same time and work with them by fully supporting Plug and Play a Hot Swap

Actual behavior

at this point the File Manager is useless while alternative file managers are able to recognize both full slots and even hot swapping in real time

also note that this did not work and reinstalling the whole app after each SD card swap to trigger permission prompt is total madness!

also note that I tested it with two more devices (Xiaomi Redmi 13 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi 5A) and the result is same!
