python3 research/shrunk-frames/verify.pyregenerates the pinned Shrunk lifted frames with saturated deferral: conditional κ = 1.10591581647e-4 CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds#125 parent receipt and candidate, independently reconstructs the terminal schedule, replays forward/reflected frame traces, checks two modular seeds and rejects four event mutations. The exact certificate has 47 strict constraints and 7 margins; all 19 controls pass.make verifytarget groups passed in sequence under WSL, with the new package verifier run separately so the inherited Makefile and NOTICE source pins remain unchanged. The run covered 78 isolated test modules and all 20 historical patch-application checks.Scope
