For the clang based MSVC toolchain, MSVC_VER doesn't get set, only isMsvc.
clang-cl does not handle pchs in the same way, and it gives a warning when this flag is included.

It would be possible to implement this for a mac host too, but I don't have a mac to test on myself.

This adds a
-D HXCPP_MSVC_LLVMflag which allows creating msvc builds usingclang-clinstead ofcl.This is useful for native windows builds, however, it also allows cross-compiling msvc binaries from linux by passing
-D HXCPP_MSVC_ROOT=/path/to/msvc-root(msvc libs/headers can be downloaded usingxwinfor example).
