Ability to adopt settings from other Scorm 1.2/2004 Objects.
The new KS Tree Select is used for selection, which is filtered by Scorm-Subtype (1.2 vs 2004) to prevent settings compatibility issues.
Needs "write" permission in both source and target objects.
