[Input Group] Signal Forms: success state doesn't return when typing after refocus

Description

With Signal Forms, once an igxInput has been blurred and focused again, typing no longer brings back the success state. The input stays INITIAL even though the field is valid. With Reactive Forms the same steps show VALID.

For the signal backend NgControlAdapter.statusChanges re-emits only when valid, pending, required, disabled, dirty or touched change. Typing into a field that is already valid, dirty and touched changes none of them, so updateValidityState() doesn't run. Reactive Forms emits statusChanges on every value change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the following to a dev sample:

public f = form(this.model, p => validate(p.name, ({ value }) => value() ? undefined : { kind: 'empty' }));

    <input igxInput [formField]="f.name" />
</igx-input-group>

2. Run the sample.
3. Click into the input and type one character. The input shows the success state.
4. Click outside the input. The success state goes away, as expected on blur.
5. Click into the input again and type another character.

Actual Result

The input stays in the initial state, no success style. Same after typing more characters.

Expected Result

The input shows the success state while focused, as it does after the first edit and as a Reactive FormControl with the same rule does.
