Submit Results button greyed out for everything in latest version

In the latest version of CompactGUI available through winget/powershell, the Submit Results button is greyed out for everything, including games that don't have wiki entries.

-Cannot locate specific version of CompactGUI, however if I recall during install it showed beta and listed a version starting with "4".

I should make this clearer in the UI, but if you have chosen any of the Skiplist options then the results submission is disabled.
