…ting-tesla-g7fn0r-5 GitHub rebased the base branch onto main after #488 (SciPy India's CfP extension) merged. The rebase brings only that change to _data/conferences.yml. The eight files that conflicted are ones this branch changes on top of the base branch, so this branch's side is kept in each; the result is this branch's tree plus #488's change. We've extended the SciPy India 2026 CFP to 1st November 2026, 23:59 IST, so this adds
cfp_extand moves the workshop and tutorial deadlines to match. Details at https://cfp.scipy.in/scipy-india-2026
