Standardize Local Projects terminology

Why

Zoo Design Studio defaults the local project library title to Local Projects, but the docs mixed that name with Directory, Default Project Folder, Default Projects Directory, Workshop Projects, and older screenshots.

What changed

• Uses Local Projects consistently for the default local project library across Zoo Design Studio docs.
• Uses the generic term local library only when discussing user-renamed or additional libraries.
• Updates five project-library screenshots so their visible default library label is Local Projects.
• Replaces the old rendered Project Browser and Settings screenshots with the current library views.
• Keeps the existing legacy page route intact so incoming links do not break.

• Decoded and dimension-checked all five edited WebP assets, then inspected them at original resolution
