Add the built-in "cad" engine. ACadSharp 3.8.0 (MIT) reads DWG R14 to 2018+ and DXF (ASCII and binary) and writes DXF and DWG, always as AutoCAD 2018 (AC1032): the current DWG format, and the DXF version that stores text as UTF-8. Stray R12 SEQEND markers and degenerate dimensions that ACadSharp cannot measure are dropped instead of failing the file, and pre-2007 Korean DXF (ANSI_949) is decoded as CP949. A new renderer draws model space (or the active layout when model space is empty) with SkiaSharp through one routine for PDF (vector, A3 or the preset's sheet), SVG and images. The scene builder resolves layers (off, frozen, non-plotting; layer 0 inside blocks), BYLAYER/BYBLOCK, ACI and true colours, line weights and line types, and turns lines, polylines with bulges and widths, arcs, ellipses, NURBS splines, text and MTEXT, inserts and arrays, dimensions, leaders, hatches (solid, gradient, clipped pattern lines) and more into geometry whose arcs stay exact Béziers. The page is fitted to the drawn extents, not the header. Unsupported entities are counted and skipped; limits keep huge drawings from exhausting memory.
