Automated snapshot sync from the internal monorepo. Merging this PR releases the changes to main. Commit trailers reference the source commits.

I verified the refreshed sync head e1cc755 against current public main. The direct tree diff is only api/package.json, api/package-lock.json, api/bun.lock, service/package.json and service/bun.lock, retaining the existing proxy-addr 2.0.8 override. Its complete tree matches the imported CodeAPI snapshot exactly. The PR history view includes already-merged upstream changes because sync/main retains its earlier base; those are not new source being exported. Root workflows, private policy and private charts are not included. Waiting for current-head public CI before merge.

Verified current sync tree e1cc755 exactly matches the intended CodeAPI snapshot. Direct comparison with current public main is limited to the five proxy-addr override/package-lock files. All public checks are green, including both ARM64 image builds, native filters, guest APIs, extraction isolation and package tests. No private root workflows, leak policy, charts, or repository history are exported.
