Summary

I synced the Bun 1.4.4 runtime pins and the response-outcome logging fix into the public CodeAPI snapshot.

• Align runtime images, build scripts, configuration, tests, documentation, and public CI with Bun 1.4.4.
• Preserve response completion state at connection close so late settlement cannot make a disconnected request appear successful.
• Retain the already-merged extraction hardening and pathname-root fixes unchanged.

Testing

• Verify the complete snapshot tree matches the intended CodeAPI export exactly.
• Review the 23-file direct diff: Bun version updates plus the response-outcome fix and its regression test.
• Pass publisher secret, private-reference, and fully-imported-upstream gates.
• Wait for current-head public CI before merge.

Verified the exact current head cd17b7a matches the intended CodeAPI snapshot tree 0c8daa098c3a1bd8fcd34b31974d0bcfb9d40838. Fresh full-import gate passed. The 23-file direct diff is Bun 1.4.4 alignment plus the response-outcome logging fix and test. All public CI passed, including extraction qualification, native architectures, package suites, guest APIs and ARM64 image. No additional source areas or credentials are exported.
