Summary
Replace the remaining reusable-workflow wrappers and legacy workflow-sync helper with the current materialized workflows from
LibreCodeCoop/.github.This makes the consumer workflow YAML directly visible in the repository and removes runtime references to
LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows. The synchronization workflow now uses the organization helper owned by.githuband will migrate the existing lock file on its next synchronization run.
