docs(privacy): disclose support-bot data practices

Description

Extend the public privacy policy to cover the LizardByte support-bot application and the account, activity, sponsorship, and moderation metadata it processes.

Document storage locations, moderation-record retention, permitted uses, and the process for data access, correction, or deletion requests.
