Recursive tuple operations can exceed flat tuple limits without allocation.
tuplitiessupports this through one package with explicit ownership and termination rules. Public API changes are intentional for0.2.0.Downstream release coordination is tracked in diesel-builders#19, with related verification work in diesel-builders#20.
