Feature - Totem Counter Module

Overview

Description:
Add Totem Counter Module, letting servers set the totem pops shown by the client's Totem Counter Mod (nametag, tab list + HUD).

Changes:

• Add TotemCounterModule API
  • overrideTotemCounters(Recipients, Collection<TotemCounter>)
  • overrideTotemCounter(Recipients, TotemCounter)
  • resetTotemCounter(Recipients, UUID)
  • resetTotemCounter(Recipients, TotemCounter)
  • resetTotemCounter(Recipients, Collection<UUID>)
  • resetTotemCounters(Recipients)
• Add TotemCounter builder: playerUuid and pops
• Add DISABLE_LOCAL_TRACKING config option
