Adds a remote server monitoring guide (agent vs agentless, Collector setup, heartbeat and threshold alert SQL), a sql highlighter, and its index/llms.txt entries. Safe to merge once the Windows guide it links to exists.

• guide-highlight.ts gains a sql language and stops coloring numbers after . or a word character
• Guide covers Collector configs, http_check/ssh_check and Raw SQL heartbeat rules
• Guides index and llms.txt list the new page
